Please note if we find the heater to be operating properly with no faults, or through damage or error caused by the customer, then a callout charge of £199 will be applied to the customer.
Please provide us with your payment card details to secure your fault repair booking. These details will be retained for 7 days with our payment gateway provider – Stripe. We will use this to capture a payment of £199 after the repair has been completed if the fault is through no error of ourselves.
