The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government energy efficiency scheme introduced in Great Britain to tackle fuel poverty and help reduce carbon emissions. Phase 4 of the Governments Energy Company Obligation is known as ECO 4 . ECO 4 is scheduled to run from 2022 – 2026 .
