10 Years of Retrofit Excellence
2016
FOUNDATION AND FIRST STEPS
In 2016 Live Manage Facilitate Limited was established with a bold vision:
drive real improvements in building performance and energy use.
From day one, LMF embraced retrofit as a core mission. That year the company delivered its first projects under the ECO T2 scheme, marking the beginning of hands‑on work that would touch thousands of homes.
Alongside operational beginnings, LMF secured key industry accreditations including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and approval as an NICEIC contractor, demonstrating early commitment to quality, environmental responsibility and technical credibility.

GROWING RETROFIT CAPABILITY
By 2019 LMF had strengthened its portfolio through new delivery contracts, gaining momentum on ECO3 and establishing a deeper foothold in nationwide energy improvement programmes. Winning contracts with partners like EON reflected trust in LMF’s delivery capabilities and opened up broader opportunities to improve more properties.
Around this time LMF also expanded the skillsets of its team and added Gas Safe accreditation, further broadening its technical capacity.
