LMF delivers domestic retrofit programmes in full alignment with PAS 2035 requirements. Compliance is embedded within our delivery structure, from assessment and coordinated design through to installation, handover and reporting.
We work with clearly defined roles across the full retrofit lifecycle, including Retrofit Assessor, Retrofit Coordinator, Retrofit Designer and Retrofit Evaluator.
Integrated delivery
We deliver insulation, heating, solar PV and ventilation measures within a single delivery structure. Assessment, design and installation are managed together under one governance framework.
This removes the coordination and compliance risk that can arise when separate contractors manage individual measures in isolation. Designs are developed consistently, changes are controlled across the whole programme, and there is a clear line of accountability for quality and compliance throughout.
Our accreditations
LMF holds the core accreditations required for compliant, multi-measure retrofit delivery under local authority and social housing programmes. All installations are delivered by appropriately certified engineers and verified in accordance with scheme requirements.

Innovation in quality delivery
We were the first organisation to have a Solar PV system recognised for ECO Innovation by Ofgem, awarded jointly with SolarEdge. We also supported Vaillant in their own successful Ofgem application for heat pump innovation. It reflects how seriously we take technical quality and continuous improvement. We don’t just meet standards, we help to shape them.
Governance and reporting
LMF’s governance framework is designed to meet the reporting and documentation requirements of funded retrofit programmes, including Warm Homes Fund and SHDF.
We support clients with programme governance, performance reporting aligned to funder requirements, and structured evidence capture to support assurance checks and funding drawdown.
