What could be installed in your home
Every home is different. That is why we carry out a free assessment to understand what improvements will have the biggest impact.
Depending on your property, upgrades could include:
- Insulation such as loft, cavity wall, internal or external wall
- Heating improvements, including heat pumps or modern electric systems
- Solar panels and battery storage
- Ventilation and smart heating controls
- Windows, doors and other energy saving measures
Some homes may receive a combination of smaller improvements, while others may benefit from more significant upgrades such as heating and insulation.
Our team will assess your property and recommend the most suitable measures, all covered under the scheme where applicable.
Where does this funding come from?
This funding is part of the Warm Homes Local Grant, a government-backed programme designed to improve the energy efficiency of homes across the UK.
The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority has been awarded funding by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero to support households in reducing energy costs and improving living conditions.
- This is not a loan and does not need to be repaid
- There is no cost to you for the installation if your home qualifies
- You will own all of the improvements installed in your home
LMF Energy Services has been appointed to help deliver this programme locally, working with residents across the region to install energy saving improvements.
