Experienced Resident/ Tenant Liaison Officer – West London - £32K - £40K

Due to continued growth and new contract awards, LMF Energy Services Ltd is looking to recruit two Resident Liaison Officers to support our expanding programme of retrofit and renewable energy works across North and West London.

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key link between our project teams, clients and residents while works are being undertaken in occupied homes.

This is an important customer-facing position, and we are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked on social housing, planned maintenance, retrofit or property improvement programmes.

Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the main point of contact for residents before, during and following works
    • Build positive relationships with residents and ensure they understand the works being undertaken
    • Arrange appointments, access and installation dates
    • Explain the scope, programme and potential disruption associated with works
    • Conduct resident visits where required
    • Maintain regular communication throughout the installation process
    • Identify vulnerable residents or additional support requirements and ensure appropriate arrangements are made
    • Work closely with site teams and Project Managers to coordinate resident requirements
    • Liaise with Housing Association and Local Authority client teams
    • Manage resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally
    • Maintain accurate records of resident communications, appointments and outcomes
    • Support no-access processes and help resolve access issues
    • Provide updates regarding delays or changes to scheduled works
    • Conduct post-completion resident contact where required
    • Support customer satisfaction and resident feedback processes
    • Ensure residents receive a professional and positive experience throughout the programme

About You

Ideally, you will have:

    • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or similar customer-facing role
    • Experience working within social housing, construction, planned maintenance or retrofit
    • Experience dealing directly with residents in occupied properties
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • A calm and professional approach to complaints and difficult situations
    • Strong organisational and administrative skills
    • Ability to build relationships with residents from a wide range of backgrounds
    • Good IT skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
    • Full UK driving licence

Experience working with Housing Associations or Local Authorities and on large-scale retrofit or energy-efficiency programmes would be particularly advantageous.
