Our Retrofit Projects and Delivery Experience

We deliver funded retrofit programmes across local authority and social housing stock.

Turnkey Retrofit Partner   |    PAS 2035–Led Delivery    |    Resident-First Approach    |    Regional Teams, National Reach

Delivering domestic retrofit at scale since 2016

Our programmes span local authority housing, housing association stock, mixed-tenure estates and hard-to-treat properties across the UK, funded through ECO4, Warm Homes Social Housing and local authority funding streams.

In 2025 alone, our teams installed over 1500 air source heat pumps, over 4000 solar PV systems and over 2400 insulation and ventilation measures, generating £175 million in lifetime bill savings and reducing carbon emissions by 6 kilotonnes annually.

Bury Council

A £4m Warm Homes Social Housing funded programme delivering energy efficiency improvements across 220 properties, split across multiple sites in fuel poor communities across Bury.

Coastline Housing

A £2.2m ECO4 funded programme upgrading 233 properties across Cornwall, covering terraced, detached, semi-detached and bungalow stock. Delivered defect-free, on time and on budget with no complaints recorded across completed plots.

Cheshire West and Chester

A £2.1m funded programme across 264 properties of mixed type and tenure, targeting homes with low EPC ratings and high fuel poverty risk. Solar PV and insulation measures reduced annual household energy use by 3,000-4,500 kWh, saving residents £300-£600 per year and reducing carbon emissions by around 1,500 tonnes annually across the programme.

Retrofit projects underway

We are currently delivering retrofit programmes with Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and Yorkshire Housing, alongside ongoing work across our existing client base.

Fast programme mobilisation

We can be on site surveying within two weeks of programme mobilisation. Clients have real-time visibility of programme progress throughout delivery. This includes which properties are at which stage, when installations are scheduled and where anything needs attention, without having to chase us for updates.
