10 for 10: Delivering Meaningful Impact Through People-Led Giving

As LMF marks its 10-year anniversary, we wanted to do something that reflects who we are as a business, not just what we do.

Our ‘10 for 10’ charity initiative is a key part of that commitment.

In 2026, we will be donating £1,000 per month to to at least 10 different charities, supporting a wide range of causes that create meaningful social impact across the communities we work in and beyond.

Putting People at the Centre of Our ESG Commitments

At LMF, Environmental, Social and Governance principles are embedded into how we operate. While much of our work focuses on improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions, we recognise that our social impact is just as important.

That’s why this initiative is driven by our people.

We invited colleagues across the business to nominate charities that matter to them personally. The response was both inspiring and humbling, with 12 nominations put forward, many of them local organisations making a real difference in their communities.

Each nomination represents more than just a charity. It represents a personal connection, whether that’s through lived experience, community involvement, or causes close to home.

Making Difficult Choices, With a Long-Term View

Our Directors carefully reviewed every nomination and were unanimous in their view that each one represents a truly worthwhile cause.

While the initiative is focused on supporting 10 charities throughout 2026, we recognise the value in every nomination received. As a result, we are exploring opportunities to support additional charities either later in the year or as part of our plans for 2027.

This is not a one-off campaign. It’s part of a longer-term commitment to creating positive, lasting social impact.

More Than a Donation

‘10 for 10’ is about more than financial contributions. It’s about engagement, awareness and connection.

Throughout the year, we’ll be sharing updates on the charities we’re supporting, highlighting the work they do and the difference these donations help to make.
By giving our people a voice in where we direct our support, we’re strengthening our culture, deepening our community ties and ensuring our ESG efforts remain authentic and meaningful.
