LMF Charity Draw – July
July’s charity was chosen by our John Holloway who chose to donate to a cause close to his heart.
“My good friend Joe’s son Luca who is just turning 3, has been given the worst news possible. He has brain cancer that has spread to his spine. Luca’s mum Lauren is currently in University and Joe frequently works away to provide for his family. Luca has recently had surgery and will be starting his chemotherapy imminently. Any money raised will give them the opportunity to spend time as a family and win this fight together. We will also be doing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on Saturday 26Th August 2023 to raise as much as possible for the family. This is something that is really close to our hearts and myself as I have recently had a child of my own and can’t begin to imagine the devastation that this news has caused. Any donations at all will make a massive difference to the family and are very much appreciated.”
LMF have donated £500 on behalf of John and wish this beautiful family all the love in the world.
