Both cottage A and B had an ECP rating of a low F. These solid wall properties were un-insulated with inefficient heating systems resulting in incredibly high energy bills for the homeowners. By installing Internal Wall insulation, Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV the customers have not only significantly reduced their energy bills but by having these measures installed the properties environmental impact rating is now a high B dramatically reducing their homes carbon emissions contributing to a greener cleaner planet.

Joinery works were also completed with new skirting, cills and a new cupboard constructed to house the heating cylinder.
It’s vital to ensure that rural properties are well insulated. They are exposed to the elements making them more susceptible to draughts.
This property had an energy rating of G8. After a full Retrofit assessment, we were able to Install Internal Wall insulation, Solar PV and an Airsource Heatpump, all fully funded under the governments EOC 4 grant. The customer didn’t have to pay a penny and now have a warm, cosy B rated energy efficient home.
Full home upgrade! This property had an EPC rating of a Low G meaning it was extremely inefficient resulting in high energy bills. We carried out a full Retrofit assessment and by installing Internal Wall insulation, Solar PV and an Air Source heat pump we were able to raise the properties efficiency rating to a High B. The property is now well insulated and energy efficient meaning the customer should now see a dramatic reduction in her energy bills. The customer is currently in receipt of working tax credits so were able to obtain full funding for the customer under the governments ECO 4 scheme.
We absolutely loved upgrading this property which had an EPC rating of F36. The property was in desperate need of upgrading with poor insulation being the main concern. A full Retrofit assessment was carried out and it was established that the following measures needed to be installed to bring the property up to an acceptable standard.
The Property is now incredibly Energy Efficient, and the customer is extremely happy with her B Rated Property and is looking forward to seeing a significant reduction in her energy bills.
